BIOGRAPHY

“I’m really excited to be part of the first Jamaica Cup. Playing in such a beautiful destination with incredible energy and culture makes this a special event, and I’m looking forward to meeting the local tennis community."

Jenson Brooksby – American Standout

Jenson Brooksby reached a career-high ATP ranking of No. 33 in 2022, earning wins over top players like World No. 5 Stefanos Tsitsipas and six-time Atlanta champion John Isner. A finalist at three ATP 250 events, Brooksby also reached the Round of 16 at the 2021 US Open as a 20-year-old wildcard—the youngest American to do so since Andy Roddick in 2002.

He made a splash on grass in his 2021 Newport debut, reaching the final and becoming the second-youngest finalist in the event’s 46-year history. His first tour-level win came at the 2019 US Open, defeating former World No. 4 Tomas Berdych.

KM Sports Entertainment is excited to have Jenson return after finishing runner-up to Mackenzie McDonald at the 2022 Waikiki Cup.
